Pricing FAQs

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is what you pay. There are no booking fees, platform fees, or hidden charges. The only additional cost might be standard payment processing fees if you use certain payment methods.

What's your refund policy?

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, we don't directly bill insurance companies. However, many of our clinical providers can provide receipts and documentation that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Check with your provider and insurance company for details.

Can I switch providers without losing my package?

Yes. If you've purchased a session package and aren't happy with your provider after the first session, you can switch to another provider and use your remaining sessions. Your investment is protected.
